Before you write

• Key not arrived? Check spam, then open your account page — the key is shown there and can be re-sent.
• "Device limit" in the extension? Remove an old browser on the account page, then press ↻ in Settings → Licence.
• Messages not sending? In the extension's Progress block press ⭳ Diagnostics and attach the file to your email. It contains the page controls the extension looked for — no numbers, no message text.
• Moving to another computer? Press Remove from this browser in Settings → Licence on the old one, then activate the same key on the new one.
• Want to stop? Cancel in one click from your account page. Policy.
