Last updated 5 October 2026. "We" is Your Name / Firm Name, City, State, India. "The extension" is WA Mitra for Chrome.

1. What you are buying

WA Mitra Pro is a subscription that unlocks Excel/CSV import, the WhatsApp number filter and attachments in the extension. The free tier stays free and has no message cap. A subscription comes with one licence key, usable on one browser at a time; you can move it to another browser from the extension's Settings.

2. Price and renewal

India (inclusive of GST where applicable): ₹199 per month, ₹499 per quarter or ₹1999 per year. Elsewhere: US $4.99 per month, $14.99 per quarter or $44.99 per year. Each is charged in advance and renewed automatically at the same interval until cancelled. You can cancel from your account page at any time; Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; nothing further is charged and Pro stays active until then. See the cancellation policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• You use WA Mitra with your own WhatsApp account and at your own risk. WhatsApp's terms restrict automated and bulk messaging; WhatsApp may limit or ban accounts, most often when recipients report messages. We cannot prevent this and do not promise otherwise.
• Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and comply with the laws that apply to you (in India, the TRAI and IT Act rules on unsolicited commercial communication; elsewhere, laws such as GDPR, TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
• Do not use WA Mitra for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful content. We may revoke a licence used that way.
• Do not share, resell or publish your licence key.

5. What we do not promise

WA Mitra drives the WhatsApp Web page in your browser. WhatsApp changes that page without notice and the extension can stop working until we update it. We fix breakages as fast as we can but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of any message, or the continued availability of the extension on the Chrome Web Store. The extension can also be installed from a ZIP we provide, so a store listing change does not end your access.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from WA Mitra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp, lost business, or indirect damages.

7. Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short: your numbers and messages never leave your browser; we hold your email, licence key and a random device id.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: wa-mitra@giftkoo.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
